• Discussion, consideration, and possible action on approval of Librarian’s Combined Report: Income and Expense, Statement of Financial Condition, and Activity

• Nomination for reelection of three Board members to be appointed by City Council, terms to commence May 1^st, 2022 (members whose terms are expiring April 30, 2022 are Barbara Wiles, Linda Hatcher and Irene Conine)
